About The Client

Legacy Gym is a fitness center in Rijeka, led by IFBB competitor Petar Klančir. Logistically and operationally, they had all the prerequisites to deliver top-quality service, but they recognized they weren't operating at their full capacity and that a marketing partner could play a significant role in their business.

SOLUTION
1. Designing the Offer
We have familiarized ourselves with the vision, brand, and current state of the gym, and have devised a special offer that will attract new gym members and will be easily fulfilled by the gym's staff.
2. Building the Marketing Funnel
The marketing funnel consisted of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, directing visitors to a landing page where they could learn more about the gym and the special offer, and schedule a free consultation.
3. Creating the Ad Campaigns
We segmented the campaigns into ads tailored for male, female, older, and younger audiences. Furthermore, we developed separate web pages for the male and female audiences. This approach enabled us to better align with the desires, needs, and motivations of each audience by using personalized imagery, headlines, and copy and maximize return on investment for the gym. We performed tests using various combinations of visuals, headlines, and text until we identified the most effective approach.
4. Optimization
Every day, we monitored website visits and the number of scheduled consultations, fine-tuning the ads and website to minimize the cost per scheduled consultation.
